CN01 unit How to get the error code/running log

Hi all , sometimes you might suffer some software issue . About this issue, our engineers will need tan running log files to help them find the cause .You can enter settings - factory settings and input the letter "logcat", then click done button.
Next,enter files browser - Flash page and find the android.txt files.Copy it to us ,it is helpful for us to find the cause of some software error.
