DAB Antenne funktioniert nicht

ich habe über ein Autoradio + DAB Antenne bestellt:

Ich habe folgenes Problem, die DAB Antenne funktioniert nicht wenn Sie an der Windschutzscheibe angeklebt wird.
Sie funktioniert wenn ich sie z.B. aus der Beifahrertüre halte sofort ohne Probleme aber nicht an der Windschutzscheibe.

Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
Regarding your issue, the windshield of your car may have the metal film which prevent the DAB signal reception.
So please just put the DAB antenna to other proper place.
