Apps minimising and volume turning down

Hi there had my stereo for just over a year it's suddenly started minimising apps which is frustrating while watching you tube add the volume keeps turning down a couple of steps at a time every now and then, this has started since i installed a dab+ which doesn't work in the dab app see attached picture for model I bought from Ali express order id 88163649938336 , I have tried factory reseting from the unit and cleared the cache in recovery mode with no joy

Keeps saying mp4 invalid extention do you have an e mail I can send to? Just closes apps after a few seconds which isn't very helpful for you tube or kodi

Hi there I've solved this problem now took it apart there was a think layer of crust around the edge of the touch screen I've cleaned that off and now it's not closing or turning down the volume.

I do have another problem though I've brought a dab+ attachment but the dab app doesn't register the signal I have it plugged into the 3g usb cable is this correct or is there a new dab app to install?

Also during the time of the initial time of the screen problem I've factory reset the device several times since doing so you tube now plays with a black screen I've tried clearing cache and re installing?

Hi, i am not sure your dab+ attachment from us. Normally the dab+ hardware come with a special dab app to work with.
About the Youtube issue, you can just click the reset button on the panel to fully reboot.
