Pumpkin c-0346 volume contror

Hello, exist widget to adjust the volume od Pumpkin C-0346?
This model does not have the volume control button.
Classic widgets volume controls do not work.

Hi,
Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
For the volume control, this unit does no have the volume control button due to the limited touch panel design.
Please go to the Settings--Sound to click Volumes, and you can also restore the factory settings to check. Hope some help.
