RQ0278-E Bootloop

Hi,

mein RQ0278-E hat ein Update angezeigt, das ich auch dummerweise aktiviert habe. Danach startete das Radio neu und zeigt die Meldung "Android startet - App 1 von 1 wird optimiert". Nach ca. 2 Minuten erscheint ein schwarzer Bildschirm und das Radio ist tot. Nach dem Ausschalten der Zündung, Strom weg, startet das Radio wieder mit der gleichen Reaktion. Was kann ich machen?

Hi,
Normally our unit will not show the update information automatically.
We don't suggest our clients install the firmware or mcu file from other places, cause it may damage the unit even if we give the original firmware/mcu.

You just need to download it through your browser, use a SD card or USB stick(not up to 32GB) to copy the rar update file, don't unzip it.
Then insert the SD card or USB stick into the unit.
Power on the unit, hold the power button and keep it for around 5 seconds, loose it and short press it at once, wait for a few seconds, then the unit will enter the recovery mode, please choose to update the system from SD or USB.
