Factory reset
I purchased a vehicle with the 8.0 unit installed in it. It has the previous owners info still in it (email, apps, and play store info). I want to do a complete factory data reset to the unit so I can personalize it to my info. How do I do this? I've already tried the "reset" button but that did only a small reset. Thank you.

You should able to find "go back to factory default settings" in your radio settings.
You can choose it in settings.
But some may need password,so we need know your radio SKU.
