Hi, I have an android 8.1 flip screen single din stereo which was purchased on your order number 100003809 on 31/05/2019

Can you please let me know if you have a firmware update that I could use on this model?

The sound through my speakers has seems to have developed an annoying ticking sound. This only seems to happen using Spotify and other apps. The sound quality through Bluetooth is great so I know it's not my speakers. I've tried reinstalling Spotify but no change. Could the device use a software update?

Please press the "Back" button first, after returning to the main menu of the car stereo, reopening the Spotify, if there is still a ticking sound, please provide a video for us.
