Hello,
I've a problem. My device doesn't recognize the rear view camera. When I connect the camera to the AV-in connection, the picture appears. Unfortunately, it does not work with CAM-in. The rear view camera is activated in the Settings.
Could I get the latest firmware again, please? The link of your last answer is no longer available.

My device is a KD-C0223.

Hi,

You can check whether the car stereo will automatically switch to the reverse mode when reversing, or there is no response on the screen of the car stereo.
If the reversing mode is automatically switched, an "exclamation point" is displayed, it may be the cam-in line on the back of the car was broken.
If the car stereo screen nothing happens, you can connect the brown reverse-in cable inside the power cord to the positive electrode of the car's backlight.
