Pumpkin Android 6.0 doesn't start - reset??

hello,
my CN10-03201B-DE-A pumpkin Android 6.0 doensn't start anymore. I already changed the fuse in the back of the radio but the screen keeps staying black. By pressing the reset button, the two buttons flash green really quick but the radio doesn't boot.

Can anyone help me out? How do I reset the radio? The radio is connected properly in my VW Golf VI.

Hi,
For this problem ,you can try to flash the unit with the following firmware.

Please notice ,after finishing the flash work ,you need to click the factory setting and choose CANBUS or NO CANBUS.
