Soft button colors not working on 11-RQ0276E

Hi, I have a Pumpkin 11-RQ0276E. The "soft button" on the left side of the screen (Power, Back, Volume+, Volume-) no longer have colors working. The button themselves work, but the colors don't. So I tried changing the colors via the Settings -> Element and nothing happens. It means that I night i cannot see the buttons.

Do does anyone have any idea how to fix ?

Hi,
you can enter factory settings---other,swich the keylight on.
You can refer this.
