Car stereo not doing fast boot

I have purchased a Pumpkin 2GB RAM Android 5.1 Car Radio Stereo 7-Inch from Amazon.co.uk (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01N2G2A6P/ ... 71_TE_item)

I read that the stereo should do a fast boot but in my case every time I switch off the car it has to boot and it is particularly annoying when you are using the navigator and you have to search anew the destination
And also the stereo start always, even if I switch it off before switching off the car it it always start. I would prefer that I start the stereo by pressing the button myself only when I like to.
In your experience what is wrong with the wiring?
There is a updated rom for my stereo?

Does the unit display power off info when you switch off the car?
Does the unit start up when you switch the car on?

thank you for answering
the unit doesn't display power off info when I switch off the car. It just go off
and it start always when I start the car even if I have switched the unit off from the top button before switching off the car

you can try to exchange the red wire and the yellow wire.
