OSMAND - no voice guiding

Hi,
I am new Pumpkin Android 6 radio user and I have a problem with latest navigation software OSMAND V2.6.3. In addition I have installed Google Text to Speech App. Everything is fine, navigation is working, but there is no voice guiding in osmand?! On my Samsung phone evrything is ok but on my Pumpkin radio CN10-02201B there isn't any sound....
Any help is appreciated!

For no sound in Navi,you can try to enter setting and do some changes.

This is not the point. With GoogleMaps Navigation I have a voice. I guess it is problem with text to speech (this is a major problem in some osmand user groups) , but the build in tts app works fine!?
Do you have any ideas? Could you recommend another offline navigation Tool?

Hi,
It may be the compatibility problem between the osmand app with the unit.
You can try to install IGO offline map app and you can connect the customer service to get the offline map.
