I have problems with Wifi and USB .. doesnt work. Why?

Can i Fix this?!

Hi,
please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay , Pumpkin website or AliExpress.
Is the wifi and USB slot broken all the way since you got the unit?
