Pumpkin 7 series no sound

Hi
I have a pumpkin 7 series to a ford mustang.
Everything was working perfectly and now there is no sound at all. What can i do? Can u help me?
I have test the speakers with the original stereo and they are working.
Please help me

Hi,
Please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more infomation about your unit and provide you positive solutions.
Do you mean it suddenly can't output sound?
