CN10-03201B-DE-A CD wont eject

Hi all

I just bought a CN10-03201B-DE-A installed, all works fine. Tried to play a CD putted in works fine and when I wanted to eject it does`t eject anymore the CD. You can hear a strange voice it tries to eject but does`t work. Is there any solution to fix it ore I have to claim by my supplier.

Thanks for the info. After a couple of times trying I could get out the CD.

But when I put back again it's the same it's stucked again. So i have the felling that there is a mechanical failure inside.

What is the solution ?

Can't nearly all the CD be ejected？
We suggest you insert some smooth and high quality CD .
