Hi,
firstly,you need to confirm the dimension is suitable.
Then,you need to buy the radio antenna adapter and main connector adapter .

Hi,
the universal unit CN01-02306 which configure android 7.1 fit your car.Regarding the problem of the adater,if you don't mind send from China,we can search for you.But we still suggest you buy in local.
