Steering Wheel Keys mapping 2012 GMC Sierra

For my 2012 GMC SIerra...the steering wheel controls...volume up and down seem to work...but up and down of the radio stations button seem to be reversed and it seems no way to fix them. Is there a firmware fix for this?
