new stereo problems

hi brought one of your head units off amazon
installed it with the dab radio extra
unit resets after 5 minutes then is ok for rest of journey...does this all the time.
also the music plays on sd card then stops when restarting unit and you got restart it
thought this was the 7.1 android model and have got a android 6?

i dont have a video of this at the moment....

but this happens most times ..i can still send unit back to amazon till the 29th so we got till then to try and fix this issue.

Download and un-zip the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter into settings - extra settings - system update.

there is no android 7.1 firmware for your unit.
This unit doesn't support upgrade to android 7.1.Hope your kind understandings.
