Android 7.1 Octacore Car Stereo

Hi,

i recently bought Pumpkin Android 7.1 Octacor (Amazon Order: 028-2017255-3433958 )

It worked until this mornig without any problems. After a unwanted restart of the Device, no App (Radio, Bluetooth, Music or Video ...etc) starts..
If i try to start the Radio app, it looks like the App starts, the screen tunrs black for a second and after this i´m back on the dashboard.

The Volume and Tune button and all other (Mute, Navi, Band, Home and Return Button) are without funktion.

Any idea what i can do?

here is the firmware for your unit.You can flash it.

Download and unzip all of the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - car setting - system update.
If you are unable to enter setting page,you can flash it referring to the following video.
