Model S07 10.1 inch stereo/DVD

I purchased a van last year and gave the guy an extra $300 for the stereo and now I can't get the touch screen to work properly. I watched a pumpkin video on how to reset the touch screen and that did not work. Please help me on how to fix this and get to the settings.
All I know is that the model is S07 - ARM Cortex-A9 @ 1.6 Ghz (x4) Memory 1024 MB
