HU Black Screen

Hello,
Ive got a Problem with my Car Head Unit.
I tryed to flash new ROM on the device and after Flashing the Device turned black on screen and wont wake up. I tryed Recovery Mode, but it failed. only the LEDs are switching short on but still no Life Sign from the Device. Could you help please Resetting the Device?
