Bluetooth stopped working (CN10-02201B)

Hello,

I have the head unit (CN10-02201B) with 1GB ram and Android 6.0.1. I bought it in april 2017 on amazon germany (order number: 305-2956276-0283553).
I already contacted customer service on amazon, but maybe someone here can help me too or might be interested in a solution, if I get one.

Yesterday my bluetooth stopped working. My phone doesn't connect anymore to the head unit. Also the head unit can't find any bluetooth devices. In the bluetooth settings the name and pin are empty.
I already tried a factory data reset, but that didn't solve the issue. Also I tried to press the RST button, but still not working.

Can someone tell me how to get bluetooth working again?

Hi,

in case someone is having the same issues. Going into Extra settings -> config info and enabling BC8 seems to have fixed that issue.
