difference between AS0272B and CN01-0230B

I think I bought the AS-0272B but everywhere I read about the CN01-02303B. (user manual etc)
What is the difference between the two?

Hi,
I think you want to say the difference between the AS0272 and CN01-02306. They are the same ,just called by different name in different area .There is only a difference in the size of the screen between AS0272 and CN01-02303 .
