Amp cable - dont turn off

Hi. I connect my pumpkin unit with one amp. i connect the remote amp cable with the amp remote, but the cable amp of the unit is always sendind 12v to my amp. why?

Same issues how about just providing assistance with just the model number not order number as installer's like myself can't always contact the owners to get the order number which no other company does

The cable amp of our unit normally will power of when you switch of your car, cause it get power from our unit.
