RQ-0253 Bluetooth phonebook.

Hi,
I have recently purchased an RQ-0253 headunit and it works very well, the only functions which seems to be problematic are:

1. The bluetooth never seems to sync the phonebook, the 1 time it did, it only showed approx 50% of the contacts. Is there any other apps or software to resolve this issue as when the phone is connected it doesn't show up in settings(And doesn't allow for the turning on or off of bluetooth)

2. The radio app needs to be tuned everytime, but other apps keep the original settings i.e. time.

Hi, about the phonebook sync via bluetooth, could you please tell us the number of the contacts on your phone?
Our unit have the limit of the contacts number to sync via bluetooth.
About the radio app, did you mean that the radio did not save radio station?
Please long press the radio station to save it, and check if it will lose when you reboot the unit again.

I also experience the same problem. The system is not synchronizing the contacts from my phone. I have about 380 Contacts.

Is there a way to replace the Bluetooth application?

Hi, could you please use another phone with less contacts to sync from your phone to our unit?
This unit may support up to 200 contacts sync.
And there is not a way to replace the bluetooth application, cause it factory default app.
