Bluetooth stopped working over night

Hi, i bought a pumpkin car-radio from Amazon at 11.08.2017 (August).
Last week, Bluetooth stopped working literally over night.
It doesn't find any device and could also not be found by other devices.(Tested with 3 different android Smartphones)
Nothing else changed. The same smartphone which worked for month with this car-radio, no Battery-change, etc.
