Hi i have just upgraded from my previous CN10-02308B which i only bought two months ago
i have just purchased the newer AE0273B i cannot connect to bluetooth.
the phone says carkit to connect but nothing shows on the unit in setting or under the bluetooth phone menu. and if i try to use my phone with carkit paired. no sound can be heard when making a phone call.
i have tried to factory reset and it wipes data but i do not think it is a true reset as on reboot the logo that i have set is still there.
I think i need to fully wipe the system and reload but i do not have the files . please can you help.
