Music Player problem

Hi
i have downloaded some music files on to a sd card and using the usb plug to play these files, i can scan all the music and play it ok until i decide to skip a track then the system crashes out of the playing mode and a small text box comes up saying
saying exception

Hi, could you please first tell us your order number or product SKU?
Normally our unit can support max 32GB sd card or USB device to play music and video.
We rarely got your described issue, could you please take a short video to help us check?
And you can press the RST hole or do a factory settings restore to reset the unit to check.
