help needed

hi guy new here but need help i have a pumpkin android unit AL-C0241 think thats the right model , tonight i started the car but the unit will not load up the screen just stays back lit , i dont have any button andhave tried to press the rest to no avail please help

Hi,
Sorry for the trouble caused.
Regarding your issue, you can try to follow the below steps to check.
Turn on the unit, then use sticker to short press the RST hole on the front panel, then short press twice the middle button, then long press the middle button, then the radio will automatically restore the system. Hope some help.

tried that but nothing , today i left it on all day and when i came home it was working i pressed a few button and it turned off again , i am very unhappy and the ebay seller i bought it off does not seem to be will to help ,i bought this in april so as you can imagine i am not happy with this product

Sorry about this.
In this case, cause you bought the unit from ebay, if you check the ebay return warranty, you can return it back to us for repair.

the seller is ignoring my emails

i am now being told by the seller i have to pay to send it back to china which will take about 7weeks to send it back, get it fixed and send back to me even though the seller says hes uk based or i have to buy a new one from them , is this the kind of company you are where you sell inferior products and when it brakes you make the seller buy new surly your not happy with the seller suggestion because i know i am not!!

You may misunderstood.
According to our company and the ebay warranty and return policy, you can choose to return it back to China for repair.
If you don't want to wait the several weeks and spend the shipping cost, then you can also choose buy another unit with discount.

what a rip off!!, lesson to all dont buy pumpkin radios they dont last and they try to get you to buy another this is disgusting customer service!!!
