Hello, a friend of mine bought last year a S07 Car DVD
Because the system is constantly frozen and was very slow, he has made 2-3 times Factory Reset.
Now, half of the apps, disappeared.
Is there a firmware update to fix its problems?

Your unit is not from us, different supplier have different firmware, sorry that we could not provide you the firmware.
Please contact the seller or write to the email box included on the warranty card.

I thought Pumpkin is the manufacture of these radios.
Because S07 with the same firmware is available here in the forum also.
This was my second post. The first post was not published.

Hi,
You misunderstood something, our company just cooperate with the manufacture, and the manufacture provide different firmware and MCU for cooperated companies.
And if you bought from us, we can use your order number to find your order details.
So you must buy the unit from other sellers, hope your understanding.
