Need FIrmware for LM-W0104

Hello,
i have some massive troebles with my LM-W0104 (is it the real model Nr.? i mean this one:

It hangs, looses its settings,draws the graphics wrong, crashes every hour.. looks like massive firmware troubles.
Could you send me a link for the firmware?

Could you please tell us when you bought the unit and your order number?
This information is very important for us to provide you the accurate and best solution.
Regarding your issue, please check if the red and yellow wire is reverse to your original connector wire pins.
And you can refer the another forum to check the way to check.

In case the problem is still unsolved, I will ask the factory to provide the original firmware for your unit.
