Pumpkin Autoradio Android 8.0 RAM: 4 Go, ROM: 32 Go

Hello,
I ordered this unit on Amazon (order number : 408-9593621-2500352)
Everything works fine for about...10 minutes and then a big noise, in the high frequencies, appears (sounds like a cooling fan).
From this moment, the steering wheel controls and the reverse camera don't work no more.
And of course, listening to music with this big noise is more than uncomfortable....
If i stop the unit, wait 30/45 mn and then start it again, it's ok ....for 10 minutes.
It's like the unit was overheating and needed to cool down (even if, when i touch the screen, it don't seem much hot).
Can you please help me with this problem before i decide to return it ? (When it works, this unit has everything i want, i'd prefer to keep it, but working).

Please download the zip files to the root content of one sd card or USB stick and insert the card into GPS slot or insert the USB stick to USB slot ,then enter settings - system- system update.
If it still doesn't help ,you can contact the customer service through amazon message for furthere help.

Thank you and excuse me for the delay, i was unable to login.
I made the update and Nothing changed.
I'm in touch via Amazon with the Customer Service.
I hope they will have a solution, if no, i will return the unit.
Am i the first to have this problems with this unit ?
As i'm almost sure it's a heating problem, what model would you recommend to replace this one ?
